1mLProduct Information:
This product is an upgraded broad-spectrum phosphatase inhibitor, with multiple components added based on the previous version. It contains Sodium fluoride, Sodium orthovanadate, Sodium pyrophosphate, Imidazole, Sodium molybdate, Sodium tartrate, β-Glycerophosphate, and other components, with water as the solvent. It effectively inhibits common intracellular phosphatases such as Serine phosphatases, Tyrosine phosphatases, Threonine phosphatases, as well as acid phosphatases and alkaline phosphatases. It provides better performance.
Furthermore, the product has been optimized and consolidated from the original two-tube reagent into a single tube reagent, making it more convenient to use.
This product is suitable for protein extraction from various biological samples and is compatible with subsequent protein quantification assays and immunoblotting experiments (e.g., WB, Co-IP, pull-down). This product is a 100× concentrate, and 1 mL of phosphatase inhibitor can be used to prepare 100 mL of lysis buffer.
Storage Conditions:
-20ºC ,12 months.
Instructions for Use:
1.Thaw and bring the product to room temperature before use.
2. Use at a 1:100 ratio (volume ratio), i.e., add 10 μL of phosphoprotease per 1 mL of lysis buffer.
3. Must be added immediately before use, and should not be stored in the lysis buffer in advance to prevent inactivation. Can be used in conjunction with the company's lysis buffers (Y20111, Y20112 are recommended).
Notice:
1. This product is a 100× concentrate. Trace crystalline precipitation may occur upon thawing after low-temperature storage; this is normal. It can be used normally after thorough dissolution and mixing.
2. The phosphatase content varies among different samples. 1:100 is the recommended routine concentration. If the sample has high phosphatase content, the concentration of the inhibitor can be appropriately increased.
3. When used in combination with protease inhibitors (e.g., Y20114-250UL), please do not use EDTA. EDTA will affect the inhibitory effect of the phosphatase inhibitor.
4. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
