MEM Stem Cell Culture Medium with NEAA & GlutaPlus Cell Culture Media

Product Introduction
This MEM-based medium is supplemented with NEAA (Non-Essential Amino Acids), GlutaPlus and HEPES buffer for stem cell research applications. The formulation provides necessary nutrients for cell growth while maintaining stable culture conditions.

This modified MEM formulation is supplemented with Non-Essential Amino Acids (NEAA), L-alanyl-L-glutamine (GlutaPlus™), and HEPES buffer to enhance cell growth and medium stability. It is suitable for a wide range of mammalian cells, including primary cultures and fastidious cell lines.

A modified Minimum Essential Medium (MEM) formulation containing:

• 1.87 mM L-alanyl-L-glutamine (GlutaPlus™) for stable glutamine delivery
• 25 mM HEPES for enhanced pH buffering
• 5.5 mM D-glucose (1.0 g/L)
• 1× Non-Essential Amino Acids (NEAA)
